 My Uncle Darrell and Aunt Toni came down to meet Maverick. We all  went to Southern Belle Farms and went to the pumpkin patch and corn maze.

Maverick 3 Months Old 10-1-11

Today Maverick had a doctor's appointment. He got his first shots and now weighs 11 pounds. He is 22 1/2 inches long. He does not take his paci anymore. He is sleeping longer periods at night but for the most part he is eating every four hours.

Maverick is eating every three to four hours around the clock. He has much better head control and likes to stand up on you. he weighs 8lbs 10 ounces and is 21 1/2 inches long.

July 4th was our first holiday. We spent the day at the lake at PawPaw Syd's house. We had a fun time!!

Here are some very first pictures of Maverick!!  We delivered at Piedmont Fayette. We had fabulous nurses and enjoyed the care we received. Maverick was born on July 1,2011 at 0519 am. He was 19 1/2 inches long and 6 pounds 11 ounces.

The first post!!!

Well here goes nothing.... I created this page to invite everyone into our lives. We have a huge family and it is hard to keep up with everyone and everything. I hope you will enjoy all of the pictures and stories of our family. Since I am starting this after Maverick is born I will catch you up real quick on the past two years of our lives. Michael and I got married on May 15, 2010. We had a fabulous honeymoon in Antigua. We went scuba diving, snorkeling and zip lining through the rainforest. We bought a house in August 2010. We got pregnant in October 2010 and had a very uneventful pregnancy. At 35 weeks I began dilating. And by 37 weeks I was ready to deliver. We had Maverick on July 1, 2011 at 5:19am. He weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. He was, and still is, absolutely perfect. The last four and a half months have really revolved around him.
